I'm Kherm (duh), an italian artist who prefers to procrastinate (I sleep and play BG3 most of the time).
Some FAQs to make your life easier:
I'm 24 and I have a bachelor degree in illustration and printmaking. I use a iPad pro 12.9 and Procreate. I love TTRPG and RPG in general (BG3 and Dragon Age have my art).

Basic ToS

- Payment ONLY via PayPal in Euros (€)
- €10 have to be paid before the sketch
- Payment expected within 24hrs
- Do not send money before I say so
- Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself
- Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own
- My work CANNOT be used for AI generators or NFTs

Image copyright

- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, the client may use it only for personal use
- All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only
Prohibited action:
- Altering my artwork without asking for permission with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for icon or other use
- Use my artwork as references for your own (tracing or re-purposing parts of the image)

Payment information

- I accept payments in EURO via PayPal only
- €10 have to be paid before the sketch
- You will be given 24 hours to pay after the sketch is shown. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled
- It is the commissioner's responsability to tell me when the payment has been sent
Refund policy:
- If the client cancels the commission during progess, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case and up to the artist's discretion:
Sketch: 90%
Flat colours: 70%
First layer of rendering: 0%
- If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given

Contact and communication

- Discussion of commissions can be conducted via DMs on my socials
Visual reference guidelines:
- Client must provide at least one clear visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character

Please keep my art style in mind when ordering: I will not try to match another artist's or company's style
Allowed content:
- Humans
- Semi-NSFW
- Monsters (depends on complexity)
- Animals
- Fanarts
- OCs
- Light armor
Disallowed content:
- Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context
- Furry
- Mecha (depends on complexity)
- Heavy armor
- Heavy gore
- Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia
You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content

Workflow process

- Estimated date to completion: there could be delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer
- Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than a month. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund
- Works in Progress (WIPS): I will send any wips to the commissioner
- Revisions and edits: any major changes or revisions must be made at the sketch approval stage; this includes any significant changes to character's pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image
- After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order

if these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported
